Layout sample · data from norcote.com, Oct 27, 2026

Product description

The M45.2 is a 100% solids UV curable screen printing ink formulated as an overprint clear with a satin finish. Designed for polycarbonate and polyester films, it offers excellent fingerprint and mar resistance, chemical resistance, and long-lasting surface durability. M45.2 prints directly from the container and cures under medium-pressure mercury vapor lamps. The gloss level can be fine-tuned using infrared (IR) heating prior to UV curing. It provides coverage of 2,000–3,000 square feet per gallon.
