Layout sample · data from norcote.com, Oct 27, 2026

Product description

The 77M Series is a dual-cure UV/LED screen printing ink system developed for high-end glass and plastic containers, including HDPE, PET, and polypropylene. It delivers excellent adhesion, water resistance, and durability when properly surface-treated, such as with flame treatment. This highly thixotropic system can be used without additives and supports metallic and fluorescent pigments. The 77M Series cures under both LED (365–405 nm) and mercury vapor lamps and performs well on rigid or curved surfaces.
